Sharon’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

1 cup all purpose flour
3.4 oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter melted and cooled
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate chip cookie dough frosting:
6 tablespoons butter softened
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix flour, dry pudding mix, sugars, baking powder and salt.
In a small bowl mix milk, butter, sour cream, egg, and vanilla.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack completely before frosting.
Mix butter and sugars until combined. Stir in vanilla and milk one tablespoon at a time until creamy. If consistency becomes too thin, add more confectioner sugar. Stir in chocolate chips.
