Because we are committed to helping you maintain excellent oral health, we are pleased to offer the following payment options:
Cash, check, money orders, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) and CareCredit.
Full payment of total treatment charges on the day the services are rendered will allow us to offer a 10% discount with cash or check, or 5% discount with credit card.
Patients without insurance are required to pay in full at the time of appointment.
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card specifically designed to be used as payment for treatments and procedures that are recommended. It offers flexible financing options including no interest plans from 6-12 months (subject to credit approval). You can be pre-approved by visiting Care Credit and filling out an application. If you would prefer to call, the number is 1-800-365-8295. Contact us for more information.
Dental plans are designed to share the cost of your dental care, not completely pay for these costs. You are responsible for any balance of your treatment charges that your insurance does not cover.
Because every insurance plan is different, we can NOT predict what your TOTAL out of pocket expense will be.
Pre-treatment estimates can be sent upon request. These are not a guarantee of payment.
Brunswick Smile Keepers is dedicated to helping you understand and maximize your dental insurance benefits. Complimentary benefit checks can be completed at any time- upon request. The dental plan will state that it will pay an established percentage of the submitted fees based on the plan’s “customary”, “allowable” or “reasonable” fee limit. Although these limits are called “customary” they may or may not reflect the fees that we charge. Exceeding the plan’s set customary fee does not mean you were overcharged for the procedure. there are no regulations as to how insurance companies determine reimbursement levels or amounts resulting in wide fluctuation.
We feel that insurance can be a great benefit! While filing of the insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date the service is rendered.
We must emphasize that as healthcare professionals, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. The treatment we recommend and the fees we charge will always be based on your individual needs, not your insurance coverage.
Although we work with most insurance companies, at this time, we are a participating provider for Delta Dental Insurance.
